Absolutely - contact our office and a representative will email you a secure, encrypted link to submit payment via credit card or electronic bank transfer.  Let our billing department know that you would like to proceed with paperless billing for all future invoicing!

On the login screen of the app, click on "Problems Signing In?" Then select "Forgot your username?" or "Forgot your password?" Enter your information as prompted and a username reminder or password reset link will be sent to your email address.

Alarm systems that communicate to central station via a cellular/internet radio communicator are connected to the internet and can be controlled remotely through a mobile app. They can also be integrated with other smart home devices such as thermostats and door locks. Standard alarm systems that communicate by telephone are not connected to the internet and can only be controlled through a physical keypad onsite.

The installation time varies depending on the size and complexity of the system. We will provide you with an estimated installation time during the consultation process.
